Recommendations For Daniel

“Daniel and I worked together to design a proposal for a Grameen social business model for McCain in Caldas, Colombia. The work we did included the planning of all aspects of the business model from high level product design to definition of distribution channels to income and cost planning. Daniel was responsible for the whole project with approximately 20% of my time dedicated to the project.
During that time, Daniel worked very independently, diligently and fast in all aspects of the process from research to results design and documentation in a very well done Powerpoint. He was great at interacting with potential future business partners and was generally a great pleasure to work with. McCain as the customer was also very impressed with the presented results – negotiations are ongoing.
In general I can highly recommend working with Daniel and would love to have him on the team again once he is ready to start a longer-term career. Best of luck! Martin” April 6, 2012

President/CEO

AIESEC UK Ltd

“I had the opportunity to lead indirectly Daniel during my presidency at AIESEC International. Daniel was part of the privileged group of about 100 young individuals that lead their country chapters during one year.

Daniel’s leadership is one of a kind. The analytical thinking he puts in place makes him a very thoughtful leader of his decisions and the consequences that might have for different entities. That was key for the evolution of the UK chapter as a young, yet professional organisation.

Daniel faced many challenges with open heart and mind, and had a focus on providing positive experiences to the people that worked with him. Always honest and frontal with his thoughts, it helped me, my team and the global network of AIESEC moving in the best direction.

Daniel’s energy, will and passion for what he does makes him a very humble person, and still an achiever.

Hugo” January 23, 2012
